Patricia Ulloa is an individual of many accomplishments. After relocating from Tijuana, Baja California in 1980 and overcoming new customs, traditions and challenges she decided to focus on herself and her education. Patricia is currently Program Manager of The Palavra Tree Inc., Teen Recovery Center West. She received her certificate of completion in Alcohol and Drug studies from San Diego Community College, Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Services from Springfield College and her Master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child therapy from University of Phoenix, also located in San Diego, CA. Patricia’s accomplishments have always been centered around substance abuse issues and educating others on the dangers associated with the use and abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other drugs.

Patricia has been employed with Palavra Tree, Inc. since 2002 starting as a Program Coordinator being promoted to Program Manager. Under her leadership, the number of participants quickly increased, and she has maintained a culturally sensitive and successful center. Patricia was recruited to become a member of the Easter Stars and continues to serve her community.
