VISION: In order to effectively address social and environmental concerns that impact Latino health, the voice of the Latino community will succeed in advocating to influence the conditions and policies that underlie these concerns.

BARRIERS: There are not enough united, passionate and knowledgeable voices to help carry critical messages and policy solutions about Latino health to state legislators, government agencies, private stakeholders and other key audiences.

CHARGE: Develop a strategic blueprint to influence public policy that will improve the health status of Latinos. This includes targeting policy maker and other stakeholders with approaches to effectively make policy change.
