Mobile Health Services

The Healthy Steps Mobile Medical Units provide health care services to children of all ages throughout the Central and South Bay communities.

Services provided at the Mobile Medical Unit include:

Healthcare for ages 2 months old to 17 years old
School physicals
Sports physicals
Tuberculosis skin tests
Hemoglobin
Immunizations
Pregnancy tests
Dental referrals
Other minor screenings / testing services

People in need of additional care are referred to one of San Ysidro Health’s clinic sites.
