East County Senior Nutrition Program

San Ysidro Health’s East County Senior Nutrition Program provides hot, nutritious lunches for adults ages 60 and older in the rural Mountain Empire Area. The delicious meals meet key nutritional standards and are prepared daily at our Mountain Health Community Center in Campo, CA. As part of this program, seniors share meals with other older adults in their region, creating meaningful bonds and reducing social isolation.

Lunches are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays at the locations listed below.

‍Home Delivery:

Home Delivery Meals are also available for adults ages 60 and older who are homebound due to illness or disability. All Home Delivery clients must pre-qualify to receive the service. During each delivery, program employees check on the client’s overall well-being to ensure their basic needs are being met.

Home meal delivery is limited to the Mountain Empire area in Alpine, Boulevard, Campo, Descanso, Dulzura, Guatay, Jacumba, Pine Valley, and Potrero.
